3. First Session
Let’s get started! At our first meeting, we’ll take a tour of your space together.
Don’t worry about doing any heavy lifting. We’ll bring donation and haul-off bags to help streamline the process. You can be as involved or hands-off as you like!
Once we’ve decluttered, we’ll start organizing your belongings. If you have existing products you want to reuse, we’ll work with those first. Your organizer will assess your space and determine what additional products might be helpful.
We’ll typically return the next day to continue organizing with the new products. However, if time allows, we can finish everything in one session.
4. Additional Sessions
House & Heart books projects on consecutive days. We’ll continue organizing your space at each session until it’s complete to your satisfaction.
5. Project Delivery
Once your space is completed, House & Heart will walk you through your streamlined space and make any final adjustments.

3. First Virtual Session
Our first virtual session will focus on sorting through your belongings and determining the best way to organize your space. House & Heart will help you declutter, and assess your space’s needs. We’ll also discuss potential donations and provide product recommendations.
4. Client Self-Measure
House & Heart will provide a measuring toolkit so you can easily measure your space. We’ll take note of the overall size of the area we’re organizing as well as how much room we have to work with on each shelf, drawer, etc. After you send us your measurements, we’ll carefully select products that are the ideal size for your space.
5. Second Virtual Session
In our second virtual session, we’ll categorize your items and begin organizing them using the products we’ve shipped to you. We’ll be on video the whole time to answer questions and provide our expertise.
6. Third Virtual Session
At your final session, we’ll review any work you’ve completed on your own and offer suggestions for optimizing your space. We’ll continue to assist with organization and finalize labels for your products. After the session, we’ll send you custom labels so you can complete the finishing touches.

Live outside of Austin? No problem, book a virtual service! House & Heart will send you a measuring kit, then order all of the supplies you'll need directly to your door. We'll do two additional video organizing sessions to make sure your space is exactly how you want it.
